Transparency in every repair
While we strive for accurate initial estimates, it's important to know that the final cost of a service or repair can sometimes be affected by unforeseen issues. For example, we might be fixing a hose and discover that a thermostat is no good, requiring additional work. We will always communicate any new findings transparently before proceeding with further repairs. Please also note that any services out of town (outside Springfield, Illinois) will incur a $25 fuel charge.
